As a young community Winfield lacks an identity, we need ideas and plans to create a more defined identity through updated branding or other measures.Winfield also seeks to market itself to both incoming residents, residential developers as well as retail, restaurant, medical and professional developers.

Winfield is located just east of Crown Point and is served by Crown Point Public Schools; it also shares its Zip code with the City of Crown Point.A lack of identity, as many residents consider themselves residents of Crown Point, has continued to be a hurdle for the town since it incorporated in 1993.We have worked on updating town logos, added logos on street signage and have begun installing upgraded “welcome” signage at the main entry points of the town.

What plans can the town develop to enhance identity?Additionally, how can this improved marketing plan be utilized to market the town to potential residents as well as residential and commercial/retail developers?Plans to be developed may be through print, media, social media, or other methods.

How might the Town market itself as one of the fastest growing communities in Indiana?
